1. Scope of Services
We provide packing, loading, transporting, unloading, unpacking, vehicle transportation, warehousing, and related logistics services. All services are subject to availability and area coverage.
2. Booking Confirmation
- Bookings must be confirmed in advance via phone, email, or website.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after mutual agreement on pricing, service details, and schedule.
- Any changes to the agreed scope must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
3. Packing and Materials
- Standard packing materials are included in our quotes unless otherwise specified.
- Special or high-value items may require custom packaging at an additional cost.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate information about the inventory, pickup/delivery addresses, floor levels, parking, and access.
- Items of high value (e.g., cash, jewelry, important documents) must be handled by the customer and are not covered by our liability.
- Fragile or sensitive items must be disclosed in advance.
5. Transit and Delivery
- Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
- Customers or authorized representatives must be present at both pickup and delivery locations.
6. Transit Insurance
- We offer transit insurance for an additional charge. This covers loss or damage during transportation as per the insurance provider’s terms.
- Without insurance, Gati Packers and Movers is not liable for damages caused by natural disasters, accidents, theft, or force majeure.
7. Payment Terms
- Payments must be made as per the agreed terms (advance, partial, or full).
- We accept payments via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other approved modes.
- Late payments may attract penalties or delay in delivery.
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled move.
- Refunds (if applicable) are processed based on the stage of service execution and advance paid.
- Last-minute cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
9. Liability Disclaimer
- Gati Packers and Movers shall not be liable for:
- Any loss due to delay caused by unforeseen circumstances.
- Any damage resulting from improper packing done by the customer.
- Items not declared during inventory listing.
10. Dispute Resolution
- In case of any dispute, efforts will be made to resolve the matter amicably.
- If needed, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
